I've known Maureen for more than 20 years! She helped us sell our old home and buy a new one in this very challenging market. She's a great communicator and was so responsive. Since the market is so crazy, she often prepared offers for us hours after we'd toured a home. (And she patiently toured at least 120 homes with us!) Maureen is awesome to work with! Her knowledge and contacts are a huge resource in the home buying process. She is very communicative and talked us through various scenarios and strategies. When there were some big ticket items of concern Maureen was able to work through her huge list of vendors to get bids quickly. She met with the vendors at the property and was in constant contact with the sellers agent to keep the process moving smoothly along.

Maureen did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf and we can't wait to use her for future transactions.
